DH's Dark Secret about Cindy's & a Question?

This next February will be our 6th trip to WDW. We were very fortunate to get Cindy's the second year we went and have not been back since. It has always been MY favorite WDW meal and even though I've thought long and hard every trip about returning, the hastle and stress of getting the ressie put me off trying after that first trip. This next trip DD will be 18, and DS will be 8 and I just didn't know if they would appreciate it as much as that first time but low and behold, I found out yesterday that DH is hiding a dark secret about Cindy's. He's yearned to go back ever since that first visit! Even after all the griping and moaning, it's been his favorite meal too! He went into details over how he loved all the "yes, my Lord, as you wish my Lord, and right away my Lords." Of course I'm sure he tried to protect my fragile feelings with the fact that the beautiful and gorgeous princesses had little to do with his enamour of the place. Anyway, just thought you might get a chuckle out of my story and I guess I'll jump in the line of hopefuls in November trying to get that ever escapable Cindy's and the great Houdini ressie. I guess it's not just for cute little girls in costumes after all, I have me a MAN with stars in his eyes! Wish me luck.

On to the question, since I've been out of the loop for 5 or 6 years which is the best number and is there a fast protocol? I'm sure this ? has been answered a bazillion times, but please indulge or direct me a useful post. Here are the numbers I have.

i use the 800 or 877 number simply because i don't have to pay a long distance charge. just start calling about 2-3 minutes before 7:00 EST on your 90 day mark and you will do fine. good luck!

Don't forget that now the characters are at all meals and things have changed some. I found that getting up early, early, early makes the difference, not once that I tried did I not get a reservation and I changed my vacation plans from July to August because of the MYW dining offer and then had to scramble to re-do all my hard work done earlier, which included giving my husband a written script, with phone number to get CRT breakfast along with instructions on when and how to call (I had to take DD1 for medical stuff and he was staying home with DD5)

Don't forget that now the characters are at all meals and things have changed some.

The characters are at all 3 PSB meals, but only at breakfast & lunch at CRT.

I'm in the UK and over the past couple of weeks have made 4 calls to disney for our ADR's - thank goodness for the time difference, I couldn't call until 12 noon (7am your time) so didn't have to worry about over sleeping!!

We managed to get the ones we wanted for september, including CRT for breakfast - will keep a close eye on DH!!

Cindy and friends are there for breakfast and lunch now, so you have a better chance at least!

I swear that DH's favorite meal was at PSB with the princesses last year - he's still talking about Jasmine

The latest advice on how to get Cindy's is at post 2117 on pg. 142 of the sticky at the top of this board.

BTW - this will be the first trip to WDW for my husband and I as adults (I was last there in 1976 and my husband was last there, very briefly, in @ 1989), and since he is letting me make ALL the decisions (smart man), I decided that I wanted to be a princess and eat in the castle! So, we will be just two adults eating in the castle!
