looking at the new map,
it shows streets of america & honey I shrunk the kids play area as erased ( among others)

will these reopen? or are they going to be demolished?

the entire area will be home of the new Toy Story Land and Star Wars Land

well i am glad I was there in feb, to get photos of gold's shop!

but i don't get it. they have so much land to work with, why destroy stuff that is already just fine? can't they add on instead?

Wow. That new map is stunning to look at. It looks as if a wave of green lava from an off-screen volcano swooped in from the lower left of the computer screen and wiped out more than half the park.

Except that in real life it's walls.....all walls..... and it's not a pretty sight at all. Losing my love for Disney more and more each minute.....

The playground was really "dated" in theming.

And the backlot is no more, so all the sets served no purpose.

Sadly the park is morphing from a studio concept to a movies concept. I'm sure it will be great. But I miss the MGM of the 80s.
