DH's 50th birthday

I was going to take DH to France this summer to celebrate his 50th (which actually doesn't fall until October.) Unfortunately, the dates would conflict with DS's summer camp schedule so France will have to wait until 2011. In the interim, I want to take DH to WDW for his birthday weekend. I'm thinking AKL or GF and having a dinner party of some sort for family. (Most of DH's family live in FL, so it would actually be pretty convenient for them.) My question is:
what are some fun ways to celebrate a grown man's birthday at WDW? I was thinking of arranging a special dinner at Jiko, but what else can I plan? Has anyone else had a great birthday experience as an adult at WDW that they can share? Thanks!
