DHL to Knottsberry Farm-How to get there?

Has anyone tried this recently? I would like to know the best way to Knottsberry Farm from the DLH. Guest Relations said they provide a shuttle, but would like more information. Name of shuttle co., times they leave, price etc. Besides renting a car, is there any other way to get there? Just need ideas. There are 4 in our family (1 child).......
