DH is starting to back out

Here's the deal... we hadn't planned on going to WDW for awhile, we'd been 3 times in 4 years, but DH won free airline tix with Air Trans so we decided to plan a trip... now he's starting to waver . he says we should use the money to rebuild the deck (which is needed, but rarely used!) and go for a long weekend at Busch Gardens/Williamsburg instead - this would involve selling the tix. I wasn't planning on going all out on this WDW trip anyway (offsite, maybe SkyAuction) but how can I convince him we can still do the deck & go to WDW for the same or similar cost?!?! I haven't been to Williamsburg in ages so I have no idea about costs... HELP me build my case!!

Do the airline tickets have an exp. date that's soon? How many days were you planning on?

There's so many ways to make it less expensive...type of hotel, getting a code for your stay, type of park tickets, etc.

My husband is sometimes like that (make plans, then says "I don't know..." There's always going to be other ways to spend money...

Have to use them by July.. we'd planned on June for about 5-7 nights. I forgot to mention that I can get 4 day expiry hoppers for 10% off the 2005 prices from my employer as well... although it's hard for him to see the savings in that when it's still a bit chunk of change!!

Busch Gardens tickets are $51.95 for one day and $69.95 for a 3 consectutive day pass.

Tickets to Colonial Williamsburg are $19.00 for one day and $27.00 for 2 days I think these ticket prices are only good rhrough March.
