DH has redeemed himself!

In the gift-giving category that is. Some of you may remember that back around Father's day I posted asking for advice because he never remembers me with gifts, etc.
Well, last week was my birthday, and he took our family out to a lovely brunch, and surprised me with a manicure/pedicure GC from the girls. And he's taking me to Niagara falls for a romantic weekend for the two of us! Yeah!!! What a nice gift! I'm terribly excited!

He asked my sister a couple of weeks before my birthday what he should do for me and she said "well I don't care what you do, but it had better be SOMETHING! and you better not write something in a card and not do it either!" Then he mentioned the Niagara falls trip and she got him on the computer and helped him plan it. Yeah sister!
I'll have to get her a gift while I'm there.

Just thought that since I was so eager to come on here bashing him when I was upset that I had better get back here and praise him when he was a good boy too!
