BUT, it came to his work address. Will we be able to use it?

Yup- when you call it in just tell them it is his work address and they can change it. Mine came in my maiden name to my parents address and I have been married 11 years!!

Register on disneyworld.com and/or order the vacation planning dvd increases your odds. Other than that its random

Well, they didn't have any of the value resorts for our stay, plus it only covered four days, so we opted to stay with our original reservations.
