Even though you may be undecided as to which religion you want to raise your child in, I would still go through with the baptism. I look at it like this - how can such a blessing ever hurt? If you decide later to leave the Church, no harm, no foul. And from the sound of your post, your peace of mind would be better served baptizing the baby in the Catholic faith, at least at this point.
