DF and job interview....pixie dust please

So DF went for a 2nd interview on Friday. They asked him if he would be willing to come back in and do a drug test and background check and they also took a picture of him to show there supervisor. He said the interview went well. So when he left they said they would be in touch...so please send all the prayers and pixie dust you can his way...with a wedding to plan we need all the money we can get.....TIA

Asking for a picture is legal. If the picture is used in a discriminatory manner then that is illegal.

Also, the interviewer has already seen the candidate so it isn't like the candidate can't be described to a higher up.

Pixie Dust to your DF.

I myself am about to go on my 2nd job interview with the same company. This is a first for me, as usually there is only 1 interview. I am trying not to freak out.

OK keep the pixie dust coming....DF had his 3rd interview yesterday and they are contacting his former boss and then he gets the job.....so please pray tat the former boss gives a good reference (no reason for it to be anything but)...TIA
