I want to book up the evening meal now so I am making some assumptions about who will be there Those of you that I know are staying the night I am assuming are coming to the meal - please let me know if I'm wrong!!! The list for the meal :

what times the evening meal by the way and what time are we all supposed to be meeting up during the day.

oh and yep we'll be there for the meal for sure. i only live 45 mins to a hour from exeter so no big deal driving back in the wee hours.
