I have seen her several times and I know she is in a little walkway between two places, but I can't remember where and I was wondering if anyone knew what time to look for her. Last time there we videotaped her for almost ten minutes and when we got home the whole tape was ruined...which is bizarre because the time before that we taped her and THAT part of THAT tape was ruined!! Maybe you are only supposed to see her in real life! My mother hasn't been and thinks I am CRAZY.

The two times I've seen her she's been in the entrance plaza, just past the gift shop on your left (as you come through the turnstyles).

hmmm, I know I saw her between two "continents" or something. Maybe she appears at different places at different times of the day! She is very cool!

THANKS

I don't know her schedule, I've happened upon her by chance a couple of times. But I do have some pix you can show your Mom. :)

I have more DeVine pix HERE.

Saw her in May on the walkway between Africa and Asia in front of the smoking area

Does DeVine sign autographs or pose for pics with children?

Laurie, just curious :)

Oh wow, thanks for posting the pics of her...that is not what I pictured her to look like...she's awesome! I can't wait to look for her next week while we are there!

Steve Soares' WDW Entertainment Site has her listed as appearing in Asia. I know I've seen her along that route between Africa and Aisa. Here's the current times the site has listed for her:

10:00 & 11:00am, 12:00 & 1:00pm
(45 minute sets)

As for autographs, De Vine does not sign autographs or pose for pictures. Most of the time she tries to discuise herself as being part of the scenery and, most of the time, does not reveal her face, especially if you have a camera out.

hi,
i saw her twice in may, also in asia as i was walking towards africa. i had never seen her before and she is so cool to watch. i was lucky i guess, a cm was gradually leading her away to an exit that goes behind a big gate, and she did stop and the cm even took my picture for me with her. she also posed for a couple of young children. the next time i saw her she was trying to blend in with the trees, she would strike a really interesting pose then rest in it a few minutes while people took pictures, then move around until she would again stop and pose. we could see her face and she had a beautiful smile.

Thanks :) I presumed she didn't sign autographs ( I suppose she doesn't have "hands" ) but I'm glad to know you can be in a picture with her, if you're lucky enough to find her.

We will look for her and hopefully if we are enthusiastic about seeing her and ask permission, we can get a pic with her :)

Laurie :)

OOOOOoohhh...THAT's DeVine...I've heard her mentioned here before but didn't know who she was. And I did see her on my first visit to the AK. She was right beside the park entrance to Rainforest Cafe, right in the middle of the walkway. The whole crowd was taken aback when we saw her. And she stood there perfectly still and watched us, like she was shocked to have so many eyes on her. Then she walked away. It was so cool.

Thanks for the pix

We've been going to AK since last September and the first time that we seen Devine was just like a month ago. I can't imagine how many times we have walked my her. She was on the path between Asia and Africa and the only reason we stopped was because there was a group of people. So keep an eye out for a groups of people staring at the trees.
