Good photo Jenny. I saw her once during a walk through one of the paths. (There are so many that I can't remember which path.) I doubt that I would have spotted her had it not been for the fact that three or four people were already stopped on the path and looking at her. I probably would have walked right by her without seeing her; and I usually take my good old time when walking in the parks, paying attention and enjoying myself watching people trying to hurry.

She reminds me of the "living statues" one sometimes sees in Epcot's World Showcase, but covered with plant matter instead of flour-looking powder.

I'm unfamiliar with DeVine, but would LOVE to know more for our upcoming trip. AK is not our favorite park, so anything to give it more appeal would be helpful.

We only noticed her because of the crowd around her. It's really cool to watch her move, she just looks so graceful.

We asked in 2004 but the CM said he didn't think she came out any more. Does she stay in one certain area?? How can I find her??

The only time I have seen her is on the path from Africa to Asia. Just look for the crowds hanging around a tree

We saw here in July, 2005 near the entrance to the Flights of Wonder.

I think I am the only one who is freaked out by Devine. She kept walking towards us ..I don't know..can't explain it but it's creepy to me. Sorry I know everyone loves her but I don't. Freaked my kids out too.

She's freaky, but neat too. She was walking down the sidewalk when we saw her, wasn't hard to miss. Knew exactly who she was. Glad I got to see her after all I had heard about her.

Saw her last year in May. First I saw the crowd and happen to notice her. My DS's were thinking that everyone was looking at a tree and thought big deal. Finally I managed to get them to stop and look, but thought I would have to hog tie them first.

So much fun to watch. A couple of times I didn't see her at first since she blended in with the trees. Very graceful. She was messing with the children and they were getting a kick out of it.
