I don't see any reason why not.

Points are points, well sort of. Dev points are subject to the 7 Month window.

Yes you can. Another rule I found out about while booking...You can't be put on a waiting list with developer points. Also, they have to put the room on "hold" and then fax the hotel the reservation and you will recieve a confirmation in a few days from the hotel. I still haven't receieved my confirmation e-mail after booking Dec 26, but I called and they had a reservation number.

When you call to make a reservation make sure you tell them that you are using developer points.

Used some of our developer points for a studio for my dad at SSR while we were in a 1br at BWV. Even added the DDP for him. No problem other than those mentioned previously: no waitlisting, have to wait to get confirmation, 7month window only. Also know that you will not "see" your ressie online.
