Does anyone have any recommendations on a park and fly hotel near DTW??

We used the Howard Johnson's Park, Sleep, Fly package. We had a 6:30 AM flight and got to the front desk at 5 am and the bus was full. The attendant gave us vouchers for Quik Park which is next door so we would not miss our flight. They were very nice, but.....

It is not the Ritz by any means. It had peeling wall paper, old carpet, but the beds were comfy and new.

Thanks!

Anyone else have any other recommendations??

Our family stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn prior to our early morning flight from DTW about 3 years ago and we had excellent service. The bus ride to the airport consisted of our family and maybe two others. Our car was parked there on the hotel property for 9 nights. We had excellent service and would stay again.
Here's a link to their website. http://hiltongardeninn.hilton.com/e...ionid=WQLFQJ3QVVHBKCSGBIX2VCQ?ctyhocn=DETMAGI

Hope this helps.

We did the Days Inn in August. The hotel was okay, nothing really spectacular, but clean and decent. We had a 6am flight and everything went smoothly.
