Hey everyone! Thank you all for the well wishes. I got my bloodwork back and had to do more blood work to check for mono. The CAT scan went well and I drank that Bactaid like a champ! We should know the results of the second blood test and the CAT scan tomorrow

Yep I downed those puppies! They tasted disgusting but I drank them as fast as I could. It also helped that I had to have more blood work done after the first one so in my effort to get that done with I ended up drinking it faster

Other than that everything came back normal We are so relieved and feel loads better! Thank you all for your well wishes and prayers!

Awww - thanks Dawn! I actually had the same type of experience when I had my first CT Scan. I was super nervous because I was having all these anxiety issues at the time, and the person who injected me was the nicest ever. It really makes a huge difference. I felt so relieved when it was over.

I am so glad that everything turned out OK. Now you can sit back and enjoy the holiday weekend and continue the countdown to Disney.

Boourns for that, but at least it's only something small! I've had ovarian cysts for nearly 3 years now, and they're definitely a pain in the butt to live with at some points, but most of the time they don't bother me!

I am glad to hear that most of the time they don't bother you! I am a bit worried because it seems to bother me when I run or stand for long periods of time so I may end up getting it removed within the next year. I just don't have the time to take off school and work right now
