Destini Tickets - any experiences????

I have just received excellent ticket prices for Disney 21 day Ultimate (£165 adult) and for the 14 day 5 Park Orlando Flexiticket (£105 adult)from Destini Tickets and wondered if anyone else had experience of this company?

Had a look at their website and I'm a little concerned that they don't show a business address and their phone number looks like a mobile number!

I've also read that they don't accept credit card payments - so if something does go wrong you have nothing to fall back on apart from a mobile number!

If in doubt go somewhere else, there are plenty of good ticket agencies out there and it worth paying a little more and knowing you r adealing with a reputable company

I think Destini Tickets sold under the Ebay seller Id of 'Destinitickets' so you could have a look at their feedback.

A fair number of negatives and no longer registered with eBay (which I think means eBay have kicked them out).

The price is seems very good and there are still a fair number of happy customers but personnally I wouldn't use them.

As TraceyL says the choice is yours.

Businesses that sell to consumers by mail order, phone, fax, Internet or digital TV must give clear and comprehensible "prior information" to help them decide whether to buy.
Distance selling regulations require you to set out:
• your business name and postal address (when advance payment is required)
• a description of the goods or services
• prices, including all taxes
• delivery costs
• payment arrangements
• arrangements and date for delivery of goods or performance of services - within 30 days of the order if you don't specify a date
• the customer's right to cancel the order and details of who bears the cost of returning the goods if they do
• how long prices remains valid

I would not touch them with a barge pole, while there may be many happy poeple with tickets, there is no way of gettingany come back on them, you don't even know where they are and if they decide not to send you the tickets, or go under then apart from not knowing where they are and how to seek redress, you also have no other protection.

They are also in breach of distance selling regs and deregistered from e-bay, so very risky.

I have emailed back to Destinitickets and explained EXACTLY why I will not purchase from them, funily enough it's all gone quiet over there!
