Desserts, when there aren't any?

Ok, this may sound like a dumb question..but...We are using the DDp for the first time in May. I was looking over the menus and noticed that some of the counter services do not offer a dessert. Do you just not get a dessert if you choose one of these CS's? (Example: Flame Tree BBQ) Thanks in advance!

Flame Tree has dessert. The last time I was there there was Minute Maid Fozen lemonade, chocolate cake and I think Key lime pie

All of the c/s places we went to last week had something for dessert. We didn't always get one, but they had it. I noticed that all of the menus on allears didn't show the dessert, not sure why.

They all have chocolate cake. I had never eaten so much chocolate cake in my life as I did on the DDP. This year I am skipping the cake and asking for fruit.
