Desserts at Sunshine Seasons?

Can you get any dessert on the Dining Plan at Sunshine Seasons, or are you restricted to certain items?

When we were there early this month, we were allowed any dessert, but the kids were limited to worms in the dirt, brownies or cookies. (Which was fine by them!)

Just based on pictures I've seen on here, I'd recommend the strawberry shortcake- it looks heavenly!
