dessert party time??

Just putting together some save the dates with the details of the day since people are asking. What time do I put for an EPCOT dessert party? I have been talking with my planner about people meeting up and walking in. Does that sound right?

I am also wondering what time my guests should be at the dessert party so I can give it enough time in the day for the ceremony & reception.. ?

Ours is from 8 - 9:30pm. We are coming via bus though and going through backstage. We are leaving the Boardwalk at 7:30pm so they are building in some transportation time.

I would think if you are meeting at the gate you would want people there by 7:45pm so you can walk to your location.

It is at UK Lower. I can't believe it will be here so soon. I am obsessively checking the weather reports!
