It is estimated that I will have 40 people at my dessert party. My BEO says 40 people at $35 each. When you have your final count in will they adjust the price if children are attending? Or will they keep it at $35 for everyone?
Thanks!

I am have one 5 year old and I believe I am paying full price for him. I am also have a 2 year old and he is free.

So far I have 5 kids (over 3 years) and 2 under. I figured the older kids would be full price but I was just hoping they wouldn't be. $35 is alot when I know they will have one cookie or one mickey rice krispy treat. Oh well! :goodvibes

I think it is expensive also. Check with your planner but I am pretty sure they have to pay full price. You also have to pay the viewing fee for them.

I asked my planner and he told me that kids are the same price as the adults. I have 2, one is 8 and one is 7 and they are both $35. He said this cost wasn't adjusted, only the dinner.

I am having a dessert party at the Grand Floridian so the pricing is different than if you were having an illuminations party. For the GF, there was a cheaper menu that was $27 and I think it went up to $60 per person.

And the $22 package is that the package that is on Magicalkingdoms.com? I think its the mousse with different toppings? I had more of finger foods in mind.

does anyone know about adding alcohol to your DP? I'm not sure I would like cordials...I want to add like, you know, cosmos. Is this possible?

Also, I saw someone added choc. covered stawberries, but I didn't see it as choice on the doc. Disney sent me? Anyone know a price about this?

Well, you can do any combo of food and beverage you want, as long as it adds up to at least $22 per person. You don't necessarily have to get that $22pp menu with the waffle cups and the mousse. You could customize one - your planner can get prices for you. (This is something I wish I'd known when I was planning, although our menu did turn out to be really tasty!).

Yep - you can add just about anything (except possibly ice cream, since the sites are so far from refrigeration)! Your planner can get you prices for different bar packages and for chocolate-covered strawberries.
