Dessert Party Photographer

So we are thinking about having Misty Miotto for our photography as she seems to be the better choice than Disney (Also cheaper and you seem to get a lot more for your money). Is 8 hours enough for an afternoon/early evening reception? Is Misty allowed to take photos of us on the Boardwalk? Does anyone know the Disney Wedding Discount she does too?

Now, we know Misty is not allowed in the parks, and we will be having a dessert party in Epcot and was wondering how much is it to have a Disney photographer for the Dessert Party? Im sure i have read on here that it is $150?

What is the price and how much does it cost to have the photos printed/ordered from the Dessert Party photographer? Do you only get a person taking the photos for $150 or do you get a few prints included in that price? (i doubt it but its worth asking haha).

Hi Stacey!

When I spoke to Misty she said he Disney Bride discount is 15% off any package that you choose (which I think is fab!). As far as I know she is able to take photos of you on the Bordwalk, as it's only inside the parks that she won't be able to go. I would think that 8 hours would be more than enough, especially if you are having a 2.30pm ceremony, as this would give Misty plenty of time with you to get all your important shots.

I'm sure I read that DPS will do a dessert party photo session for $350 (maybe someone can confirm this? I'm sure Princess Shea had DPS for her Epcot dessert party). I'm not too sure about whether or not you get prints or not in with this, but I seem to remember if you want the high-res disk it's $395 (although I don't know if there is a different price for overseas brides, maybe I made that up - my brain is tired!!).

The Dessert Party Photographer is $350. As for the quality of pics. It's a hit and miss with photos.

It is 350.00 and you get to keep every picture taken. So all prints are included.

I just got this information back from my planner. The DP package is $350 and includes one photographer, 50 (4 x 6) loose images, website posting, and pictures in the contact proof book.

Misty does take pictures on the Boardwalk. If you take a look at my TR there are a ton of Boardwalk pics.
