As we are having two separate events--a wedding/reception/dessert party in Epcot, and then a wedding reception in Utah the next month--we actually created our wedding invitations to mention ONLY the Utah reception. We're only inviting probably a total of 25 people to our ceremony/reception/dessert party in Florida. So, what we're doing is having an insert card for the invitations that will be received by our Florida guests.
The insert card reads:
You are cordially invited to attend our wedding ceremony and brunch reception December 8, 2014 at 9 AM. Disney's Epcot Center - Japan Pavilion
Additional details will be provided by the couple."
This way, we can just directly communicate with the guests that we know are coming about the events and exact times. I guess it'd really depend on how many people you have coming to make an option like that feasible. I honestly really liked how Carrie worded hers.
