We are having a welcome reception at Sago Cay in October. We are just doing chocolate fondue at $10 per person with a cash bar (we have to pay $100 for the bartender, but this fee is waived if the bar sells more than $500). I think we added on a couple gallons of coffee/tea/cocoa with all the fixin's for $50 and pitchers of ice water for no cost. I think we are having the Mickey icecreams on BOC too.
There is no set-up fee since it is at a resort and we are using whatever table decor the GF has (for FREE

). So it is possible to stay close to the $500 min! We are having some entertainment and more people, but our cost is under $2,000.
