are they still offering dessert parties at EPCOT that includes the Frozen ride and at MK just the regular dessert party with priority viewing of the fireworks?

Have not seen anything about the Frozen/Harmonious dessert party returning yet, but the MK dessert parties with priority viewing are definitely available. I think there's a pre-fireworks party and also a post-fireworks party available. You can find the info (and make reservations 60 days out) under Things To Do > Activities > Enchanting Extras Collection.

Fireworks packages at Epcot are available at Rose & Crown and Spice Road Table. Both offer subpar views w/ Spice Road table being less desirable than Rose & Crown. They are dining packages as opposed to dessert parties. They would be pretty great if the views were better. I did the Enchanment Pre-Party at MK a few weeks ago and the viewing area was PACKED! Ended up with a terrible view. I now prefer Treats and Seats as it's less crowded and while the view is to the side and you miss some projections, it's nice to sit at your table and not have to deal with people standing in front of you and children on shoulders....etc....

Do you reserve these at your 60 day dining window?

It's a wild card! Sometimes they are loaded in 60 days ahead, other times it's completely random. Last year they didn't load until about 30 days prior to my trip. Best advice is to keep checking or set-up dining alerts.... Dessert packages for HEA don't appear to be loaded yet....and I haven't seen any of the Epcot venues loaded for late March (unless I missed them). Don't know. why Disney can't get their act together here :earboy2:

Do you think Happily Ever After dessert parties will be back? Have been checking daily to book but no sign as of yet - i'm not keeping hopes up as we're looking for the first night it returns!

Yes, I would assume they are coming back. They are a moneymaker. Hoping we get some sort of announcement this week.
