Dessert Parties that include ice cream

I was wondering if anyone has had a dessert party that included ice cream, other than ice cream bars. Like sunade bars and such. I have heard there is a marble slab ice cream option but have never seen it from Disney.

So if you had some sort of ice cream at your dessert party, can you tell me what it was (in detail would be great) and if you have pictures, even better.

we are doing a make your own sundaes bar. vanilla and chocolate ice cream with whip cream and sprinkles and toppings. no picture yet, we are two weeks out will post when we are back

We got the 'Celebration' dessert menu, which included ice cream, intended for ice cream floats but also came with different toppings to make your own sundae. It only lists vanilla but I can't live without chocolate ice cream so I added it. I believe it's Edy's. By the end of the party it did start to melt, even though we were in the American Adventure parlor...stupid Hurricane Irene...

From what I can remember and see from the pic, the toppings included chocolate syrup, caramel sauce, strawberry sauce (?), Mickey sprinkles or mini M&Ms (can't remember), chopped nuts (walnuts?), bananas, cherries, whipped cream, and I think chocolate sprinkles.

We had the flambe. I might have some pics of them scooping or lighting the sauce and can look around. The station is the very last one you see with the apples and red hot cinnamon candy. The guests loved it and some went back just for ice cream. We had a June wedding.
