Does anyone know of a good place, maybe a resort restaurant, that we could have dessert and watch the fireworks? I have a PS for California Grill for 9:30pm (fireworks start at 10pm). However, DH and I will have our five year old grandson with us, and that is pretty late to be eating dinner. Anyone have any ideas for dessert and fireworks? Thanks!

:earsgirl: I know you are wanting the fireworks at MK but consider this: dessert at Beaches and Cream at the Yacht and Beach club then walk over to EPCOT for Illuminations. The ice cream sundaes are to DIE for. I recommend the Fudge Mud Slide. We were there when my daughter was 3 and the bowl was almost as big as her head.

There's also the PLAZA at MK. I don't know what time they're opened until but they have the ice cream palor attached. They have GREAT ice cream!!

There are tables outside where you could probably see the fireworks from although there may be some trees in the way, but this is VERY close to them and you would have to be there quite sometime before because I'm sure lots of people watch from there.

The only other suggestion would be to stop at the POLY's snack shop and pick up some Mickey bars and sit on the POLY beach and watch from there?
