Going on quick fix diets is one of the worst things you could do. What you said about becoming more healthier is the way to go. Cut down on the fatty foods like (Fast Food, Burgers, Fries, stuff like that. I don't mean you have to eliminate them all together just go in moderation they always say. Also eat a good portion(servings of veggies & fruits). Also eat good portions of food. Do not overload your plate. It is much better to eat more smaller meals than a few gigantic meals. And also try to stay away from snacking late at night before bed. And last exercise. I don't mean you have to do vigorous activity, but walking each day for like 20 minutes is a good thing. Good luck on staying Healthy and remember being a stick isn't healthy.
