Desperately seeking help with CRT Ressie

I have been playing around with booking dummy dates for available CRT dining for our August 2014 trip. I am looking to upgrade the experience to include the extra pkg for our special little Princess (incl. cake, balloons, etc). I have gotten as far in the dummy booking where it is asking for CC payment info, but haven't encountered any option to add the upgrade. Can anyone who has booked this online please advise on where in the process I would see the option to add, or is this something that only is available after completing the entire booking process. We were quoted a price of $442 for 7 adults and one child for breakfast. Can anyone tell me what the additional cost is for the upgrade. TIA for any insight you are willing to offer.

On the CRT reservation page under the section "Celebrations for One and All" there is an email address for info and to make arrangements. Also, the Food Blog wrote about it in Jan 2012.

When my husband did that for my oldest daughter's birthday he had to call up after booking a reservation.
