Right now I desperatly need some help. I booked return eurostar to leave London Next sunday 14th oct to disney, then returning to london on wed 17th oct. Both trips with a short stop in lille europe. My original email confirmation only shows the outward journey and says at the top of the email that it is from London to disneyland resort.
i have just gone to print the itinerary off the eurostar website and the train times and numbers have changed and it says london to lille return. Also the lille to disney train is listed in the inbound section
please help. I booked this in september and it was all showing as correct when i paid for it. Now the itinerary is different and not clear which trains are going where and I am seriously worried. Eurostar customer services are closed now so I have emailed but i don't know what to do
It's probably something to do with the fact that the journey onwards from Lille is on the TGV rather than the Eurostar. Your best bet is to wait until tomorrow and call Eurostar first thing - I've always found them to be very helpful. Try not to worry - you have proof that you've booked the whole journey so I'm sure it will be fine.
