I just wanted to thank everyone for their prayers and to let you all know there's been no change.

The investigation is still in the early stages, they are trying to trace cell phone usage and banking transactions. It didn't seem like the county was taking this very seriously at first but after talking with all of us (John does have seven brothers and sisters so there are a lot of us) they have started doing better, asking questions about money and stuff that would indicate they are trying to figure out whether foul play is involved or he just walked away.

John has been under tremendous stress lately with his business and I want to believe so badly that he just snapped and walked away because if that were the case then he is ok. Unfortunately there are things that don't seem compatable with that senero, like he seemed very relaxed on saturday, he took our dad to breakfast on sunday with another brother and seemed perfectly fine, his usual self. He went to church on sunday like he always does.

Yesterday he was supposed to be at our sister's in TN yesterday about lunch time (almost wrote dinner time but some of you guys would have thought I meant evening if I said that, lol). He didn't show so Wendi called him and he was running seriously behind and told her he would call when he left for her house. He never called and the last people to see or hear from him was some granite company guy at 4:30pm.

I'm probably rambling but that's about all we know right now.
