I WAS SO HAPPY TO FINALLY GET THE VOUCHER SO I COULD GET ONLINE AND DO SOME RESEARCHING MYSELF, BEFORE WE BOOK, BUT NOW I HAVE TO WAIT. IS THE SITE STILL DOWN OR AM I DOING SOMETHING WRONG???!!! GOTTA GO PICK KIDS UP AT SCHOOL SO I GUESS I WILL TRY LATER.....ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE REEEALLLLYY APPRECIATED. :scared: :worried:  :( :(

First of all, you'd probably get more results if you post this question in the Codes and Rates forum.

Also, all caps in a post is generally considered yelling.

The first responder was curt to you in my opinion. I'm gonna be more tactful (I hope). All caps, besides being interpreted as yelling, is just plain hard to read. I would rather read a post in all lower case than all upper case. Just some friendly advice. :thumbsup2 I'm not sure I understand your question. You received your AP voucher and you can't access the AP section of the Disney website? What have you done so far? I had trouble at first because I couldn't figure out what numbers and such I was suppose to enter. Eventually I figured it out. Provide more information and maybe someone here can help you out.

I kind of thought so too, but life's short...why get upset... in any case, I know that I have the exchange voucher 2. I think you enter the date next, then WDW:001 then thr TR: ( that is where the issue sorta comes in, I think the first three numbers are supposed to be blanked out ...or ignored and that you enter in the last five digits.... the letter we got is in my husbands name James, does it have to be all caps??? I don't know....thank you for the help...Michelle. :scratchin

After the WDW 001 I enter the last three digits on my voucher. HTH. :sunny:

I hate to tell you, but even after you get on the site, you can only book AP rates through April 8. They still haven't updated it yet. Good luck and enjoy those AP's!

Thanks I will be sure to go try that out, I called and Keelie Shae, the cm was VERY VERY nice and more than happy to check a whole bunch of resorts for me. NOTHING left at WL, notta at BC, YC, CR...she had a few left at the poly...so I snatched it up. Done. I feel a big weight lifted off my shoulders, now I can clean my house...lol. And focus on paying for the accomodations! It will be a bit more steep than i intended...but I did save $700. It only cost me 500, but hey who's counting...... (AP cost 415 us, had to pay cad funds..) Oh well, we are buying for the whole fam. cause we're going again inSeptember....so I am sure we'll get our value out of it.
STILL....I wanna go on the passholders site.... thanks for your help....hope it works. :thumbsup2

I hope you get in. They give you like 3 different choices of AP and you have to figure out which format you have and click on it. Some of the numbers are provided and you have to fill in the rest. It wasn't clicking in my head at the time and it took me a few tries before I got it. I was trying to type in the entire 'number' and, of course, there wasn't enough room because they had provided some of them already and I wasn't seeing it. I was  . If I remember correctly, they were really tiny and I just wasn't seeing them as part of the number code on the card. Anyway, I hope this makes since. My advice: Try, Try Again.

:worried: I have't got the slightest idea WHY!!! I have emailed Disney, called twice and Still nothing! I know I am doing it right, and I have already booked ressies at the POLY but I would still like to get into the site....feeling frustrated here in Canada...Michelle :worried: Gonna go TRY again...... :confused3

First off, figure out which of the three "tickets" looks most like yours. It won't be the first one. It is an actual AP not a voucher. Then type in you info. The trick is the TR #. On your voucher you will have a series of #'s after TR. There will be a space in the middle. Type in only the #'s after the space.

When typing in your name, just type it in normally: Jane Doe.

I hope this helps.
