I am no designer but I think it might help you get a response if you describe exactly what you're looking for (i.e., put 3 names in 3 mickey heads, write a saying on a picture of the Castle). Might make it easier for those that read your request to determine just how technical your request is and if they have the skills to fulfill your request before posting a reply.
