Designers I need some help!

My daughter is running for Miss Webster (homecoming queen for jr. high). They are going to start campaigning next week for votes. I've got to come up with posters, flyers and maybe some buttons for her. I have this picture of Kayla in her dance team uniform that I would love to use.

I want to crop out all the background but my program won't do that. I also would love some suggestions for slogans. The name of her school is Webster Jr. High and her dance team is called "Pepsteppers", she's the co-captain.

Thank you Jennifer - - - she's really a lot of fun most of the time. She is a drama queen though
