A few months back I took up running and usually do about 5K a day.
We have a stay at the HRH in October and wanted to keep the momentum going and keep running early mornings. From what I can remember as a non-runner there were some great walkways around the whole area.
Can anyone suggest any running routes around the area? I know the treadmill could be an option, but I thought it would be great to take in the local area.
