Design Size Recommendations?

I saw on here somewhere recommended sizes to print designs for shirts (Adult, Kid, Baby) and how far down from the colar to print also, Does anyone know where it is or what they are?

I made my adult shirts 8x10, kids 5x7, and I would say probably 4x6 for babies. I really never measured down from the collar, I just ball-parked them. I would guess maybe 4 inches on adults and 2 on kids. Good luck.
