Design for a first aid box

I hope this is where this belongs:

I purchased a 3x4 plastic index card box that snaps shut and I filled it with first aid items and was wondering if someone could design a cover for it. The cover is 3x4, it is about 1 inch thick and I was thinking that the design could be on the bottom of the cover and it would wrap around the box. I have looked at lots of Disney Clip Art but haven't found any "medical" Disney Characters. If you want to give it a try and that is not enough information, I will try to clear up the mud. Thank you for taking the time to think about it!
