Design - "Belle of the Ball 2010"?

Recently a Disigner here did a disign for me - "Belle of the Ball 2010" of Belle in her yellow gown. There are roses around the border. Anyways, my hard drive crashed and I lost all of my pictures before I had a chance to print them! Please help! This is for a friend of mine and I can't seem to find it! Thanks so much!
