Design assistance please

Hello there

I have a Silhouette Cameo and have had it for over a year.....and I've never used it. :/
We are going on a trip in Dec and want to make shirts for the group. We are wanting to start simple and make Mickey/Minnie head shirts for the MVMCP. Where do I start? Do I have to make my own design, or are there designs made for the cameo that I can just cut? The girls are wanting to use glitter vinyl and the boys a solid color. I'm thinking maybe santa hats?? There is an old thread in the arts and crafts forum with some links and tips and maybe someone else here has one and they will chime in but it looks like you can use svg files so maybe start a google search for free svg files. Or if you have a program that can covert a jpeg or png to an svg you can look at the designs on the board here and pick out something you think will work.
