I've narrowed it down to these three hotels.

Any thoughts on pros or cons out of these three? :)

We want to be close to the park, have a fridge in the room, continental breakfast, and something clean & comfortable (of course. ;) ).

The prices are very similiar out of these three.

Of the three we have only stayed at Camelot. It has always been clean, quiet, and roomy. The beds are a little hard, and the continental breakfast is very minimal...cereal, some aweful muffins and pastries, apples and oranges, coffee, juice, hot chocolate, milk. There is no charge for parking, and we've never had a problem finding a spot. We have been happy with it... I don't think many of the hotels that are really close are stellar...they are adequate, which is all we need, because we are Disney commandos, and just crash there.

We've stayed at both Desert Inn as well as Ramada Maingate. Desert Inn was several years ago. I found Ramada to be a little cleaner with a nicer pool.

We've stayed at the Ramada Maingate twice. Most recently, last November.

We chose the Ramada for the cheap price (since we spend every waking moment in DL!) and it's proximity to the maingate (short 5 minute walk--tops!). It's really clean and we always feel safe. Parking is free (and that is not always the case at most hotels). There is a free continental breakfast, which is nothing special but it does save a little cash :) The pool is nice, too!

Also, check out their incentives--when you stay three or more nights, they'll pay for your gas! And we got a free room upgrade. Check it out!

We've stayed at a few other hotels on Harbor, but so far, this is a keeper. Good luck and have a great time!

This is my review of Camelot exactly! I like it because it is close, but the beds were really uncomfortable and I lost a lot of sleep which isn't fun when you're trying to recover from a long day at the parks and recharge for another! The breakfast was dismal and we ended up going to McDonald's, and I'm not a fast-food person. I know you've narrowed it down, but if you haven't looked into Tropicana, you might want to. It is a hair closer to the parks than Camelot, still has free parking, and is run by the same management company as Camelot, but I found it to be a bit more modern and comfortable.

Thanks for the info. I actually love firm beds and am bringing our own breakfast, so it looks like Camelot will work for us. I booked it two days ago and got a great deal of $111 per night
