So, TB, I've been doing a lot of thinking. I've come to the conclusion that we all have very different tastes in music. Some of us prefer the Positive Message Stylings of Martina McBride, while others prefer the honesty of Pink. Thus bringing me to the point of this thread.
What exactly is your taste in music? What style do you enjoy the most? And why do you think that?
I was raised on country music. It just comes natural that country artists are among my favourites. I can't remember a time that I didn't like George Strait, Reba, Martina McBride, Trisha Yearwood, Lee Ann Womack, and so many more. I've always been partial to break up and cheatin' songs. They always have so much raw emotion and they are so real. That's real music to me.
Lately, however, I have been exploring the other genres of music. I've found that I really like the drivel of most pop and teen styled music. I now consider myself a fan of David Archuleta, Jason Mraz, Katy Perry, Colbie Caillat, and so many more. I haven't forgotten my country roots, especially since most modern country is basically pop music anyway.
So, how about you?
