I can describe it in one word: YUMMY!!
It is like a custard donut topped with coconut. But it's so much better than a regular donut. It is big, so sharing is always good. Or eating half and saving the rest for the next morning. The custard is inside, but there is some "frosting" on the top to keep the coconut from just falling off.
And yes, you get it in Norway at Epcot.
I've actually never had a Dole Whip. I know, I'm one of the few. I'll get to it eventually. I had my first Mickey Bar on our trip back in Nov.
And if I'm remembering correctly, yes, it was 1 snack credit.
I try to have one different thing each time I go to Disney and this trip it is going to be school bread, better start wtaching what I eat now so I can do the big calorie things I wanna try
Is it kind of a custard donut dipped in coconut??
I thought the outside of the school bread was a little dry; but once I hit the custard I was very impressed. A good sized pastry for only about $2.50!
It is amazing. It is a not too sweet roll filled with not too sweet light and whipped and cream custard and covered with icing and fresh coconut. I cannot wait to get to Epcot a week from tomorrow and inhale one, or two![]()
