Deposit for Charge Accounts??

I read in my new DCL PassPorter(BTW, I can't put it down) that upon checking in a $500 deposit is required for charging?? Do they actually charge your account or do they take the impression without holding any funds? I would rather give a cash deposit for charging.

No, they don't require any deposit as long as you have your onboard charges tied to a credit card. They will charge your card as you reach certain levels of spending (I think it's every $400 or so) but you certainly don't have to pay anything in advance.
