Deposit & Final Payment?

Does anyone know why the policy is different sometimes? We currently have 3 different reservations for the Fort, we put deposits on each when booked. On 1 reservation it says final payment is due about a month before check in, the other 2 reservations say balance due at check in. Why are they different? They are all for campsite only, no ticket packages or anything.

That is weird. Sounds like they are treating one as a package even though you didn’t book it that way. Best to call...

I may have just figured it out! Originally one was booked as a package, then we had the tickets removed because we bought AP's.
So when booking a site only reservation you always pay the balance at check in? This is the first time for us booking a site only res.

You can pay the balance at checkin or you can call and apply payments to your ressie before arrival, that is what we do. I believe if you do online checkin and still have a balance they charge your card on your checkin day and then you get your site texted to you when it is ready. I remember having that happen once to us, I could be wrong, it was a while ago.
