Does anyone know a way to secure dinner reservations outside of calling the 407-WDW-DINE phone #? We figured three weeks was enough lead time (normally is), but cannot get into ANY restaurants of our choice for our upcoming trip. Can anyone give me some advice? Thanks

I don't know of any other way but I would suggest to keep trying. People cancel. I had a really hard time for our upcoming trip too but I call pretty often and have been lucky enough to get two of the places I really wanted because of cancellations. I've never had a problem getting ADR's in the past like I have for this trip. Everything is booked completely. Best of luck to ya!

Call the number you've been given and try for cancellations. The free dining package has caused a major shortage of available ADRs. You may have to do walkups and wait.

Keep trying! I am going next weekend and got Le Celliar yesterday. We had to take an 8:40 p.m. but it is better than nothing. Also, think about going on off hours, like dinner at 4:30 pm etc. Then, if all else fails, just walk up and try.

Keep trying, be flexible, and you might get in! Once you're there you can check the guest services desk at your hotel for cancellations and openings as well. You can also walk up and just see if they will accept anyone else as well.

Try calling each morning and hope for cancellations.

One restaurant that we can usually get a reservation for is Marrakesh in Morocco. The food was really good!

What size of group are you reserving for? It sounds like parties of 2 often have troubles getting ADR as there are not that many 2 top tables and they won't make an ADR for a party of 2 at a 4 top table. The people call back and ask for a party of 3 and suddenly have a choice of times. When you show up, just tell them that the third person couldn't make it - you will be seated. Just don't do this at any place that requires a credit card deposit.
