Departure day lunch

My flight leaves at 4:35pm. I’m determined to jam in Homecomin while I’m there in September.

Would an 11:15 lunch (only res I can currently get) give me enough time to get back for my likely 1:30 DME pickup time?

If your DME pick up is at 1:30, you will need to be there between 1 and 1:15 to get your stored bags and be ready in case the bus is a few minutes early. It would be cutting it awfully close whether or not you would make it. If you are prepared to take a Taxi or Uber to airport if you miss your bus, then I would say go for it. If you want to make sure you get on that bus, I would say no.

It would be tight, but I think you could make it. Get there a few minutes early and hope to be seated right away. Maybe consider taking an Uber back to the hotel to save time.

According to the Disney transport wizard it takes 24 minutes for the bus ride (but wait time isn't included) so I'd give self 45 minutes just to be on the safe side to get back to AS Music. That gives you a good hour or so for lunch.
If you are driving the travel time is 14 minutes.

Can always uber back to the hotel if you feel pressed for time - I'm doing homecomin on my departure day too
