A few thinsg about deodorants I have learned the hard way. If you have sensitive skin be very wary of Certain Dri. I tried it once and broke out in the worst rash of my life -- so bad I had to go to the doctor. She said she sees so many people come in with that problem because they assume that since it's over the counter it's safe. Not so. If you have any skin problems be very careful with that. The secret clinical strength seems to be a bit gentler. Use it as it recommends on the package -- put it on at night before you go to bed and then in the a.m. you should be fine to go or you can put on another deodorant in then a.m. I put the secret on at night and then dove invisible on in the a.m. Works great -- no white marks, no rash, no sweat (and I'm one of the people that has had deodorant prescribed for them but it also caused a rash). One thing my doc also said is to stick with one deodorant. Your body doesn't build up a tolerance for those things -- after a while chemistry might change and you need a different strength or something but the more regularly you use something then your body adapts to it and begins to work with it. Ever switch shampoos and see totally different results for awhile? That's cause your body is adjusting to something new and then when it begins to work with it you don't get the same effect you first had. Doesn't mean the product is ineffective it just means it's now working with your body instead of against it. I say start testing what you think you'll want to use now in the summer heat cause that will show its effectiveness through and through!
