Denver Airport Help fast please

Hi every one. I have a quick question for those who have used the Denver Airport. If I have a 48 min layover and need to switch plains will I have enough time? If not how long of a layover should I be looking for? thanks for the quick info.

I would say allow no less than an hour. By the time you get off the plane and run for your gate you may not make it unless the gates are next to each other. They also close the door about 10 mins before departure.

We need to know your airlines so that we can determine terminals.

United to United or United to TED CAN be done; but as Safetymom says it can be tight at DEN. As the United terminal is one long terminal, you may need to run from one end to the other.

I CAN and DO often manage 45 minute connections at DEN, but I am alone, I walk/run quickly, know the terminal very well, and I am usually one of the first people off the plane.

If you need to change terminals, have children or people with mobilty issues, are not seated near the front of the aircraft, have an inbound delay (frequent at DEN), or need to stop at the restroom you will be cutting it VERY close.

It will be a Frontier to Frontier connection. The lay over times for the different flights are awful.

Well, that's better news! The Frontier flights are usually in one area of a different terminal (ie not the United terminal), so 45 minutes should be ok - and even give you a moment to buy some of the delicious cookies on sale in that terminal!

Thanks for the help. This is for I trip I am booking for my mom and she was impressed when I said I could come here and find out the info I needed. She just doesn't get the power of the DIS.

I think that Frontier uses gates 20-something to gate 50-something, so it's definitely not too far. Not 1/2 as bad as going from one end of the United terminal to the other!
