Ok, I swear, if they wrote the book I would buy it.

Does anyone know if you are staying in a regular garden view room at the Poly, if you can request turndown service? If they do offer it, is there an additional fee? Would an extra generous tip to the Mousekeeper be a good idea?

Please help me! Needless to say, I am at home in the jungle, but take me to a deluxe resort and I am soooooooo lost. TIA

Just call housekeeping when you get to your room and request turn down for the length of your stay. Its a nice touch. We leave an extra tip before we go out for the evening because it is not the same person who does the room up in the morning. Enjoy your stay!!
