I am wondering how anyone with Disney Dining Deluxe spaced out their table services so they were actually hungry by dinner. I was thinking breakfast at 8 and dinner at 6 or lunch at 11:30 and dinner at 8. Anyone have experiences they can share?

There was only one day where we did 3 TS meals when we did DxDP.

On that day we did breakfast at 7am, lunch at 12:45, and dinner at 6:45. So, spaced about 6 hrs in between meals.

Most days we did a breakfast in the early am, snacks late am and mid afternoon, and then signature dinner. We'd just do an extra snack if our plans involved a later dinner...i.e. Cali Grill for Wishes.

Those spacings look good.

On most days we do a Breakfast and dinner ADR or a Lunch and dinner ADR.

Lunch 11, dinner 6:30-7:30

or

Breakfast 9 dinner 6.

or

Breakfast 8, lunch 11:3-12:30 and then dinner at 7:30-8:30.

We try and keep 7~ hours between lunch and dinner. We also like to have a treat (ice cream, rootbeer float ect) though between lunch and dinner. Especially on the DDxP.

We also have small items in the room for breakfast like granola, bananas and such to last us until an early lunch on the morning we don't do an official breakfast. Sometimes use a snack credit for a pastry or something for breakfast.

We typically do a 7:30 breakfast, 12:00 lunch and 6:00 dinner. Our daughter is small though so we are used to 3 regular meals a day and anything later than 6pm would be too much for her.

We ususally do a breakfast (typically scheduled for around 8) and a signature dinner right at 5:30 (we are pushing our luck with our kids if we schedule them any later, given that the meal almost always takes at least 1.5 hours).

A couple of days, we'll do lunches and those are trickier given the above constraints with our kids. We try to pick places that are open for lunch by 11:30 and shoot for that as an ADR time. On those days, we may move the dinner back a bit but, because of our kids, never later than 6. I try to be disciplined not to snack much between those two meals (which is tough when you have all those snack credits to burn).

We are doing a breakfast and 2TS dinner every day...we have 2 snack credits to use in between.
