Deluxe dining plan at Yachtsman-included items?

Hello,

We are considering dinner at Yachtsman for our upcoming Disneymoon! We will be on the Deluxe dining plan. Are the butcher cuts and signature steaks included in the choice of entrees on the dining plan? Anything else I should know about this signature? TIA everyone!

When we went last fall there was a porterhouse for 2 that requires 4 TS credits and a Wagu steak that had an $ upcharge. The side dishes are OOP ( although I think the porterhouse had a sampler of 3 included). The steaks all had some sort of included item included which we swapped for one on another dish. I ordered the filet (came with mashed potatoes and swap it for the potato gratin) & DH did the same with his prime rib ( came with sweet potato casserole, he got mashed potatoes instead).
The food was great as was the service.

Only steak that the full price is not included is the Wagyu cut and there's a fairly significant upcharge for that - something like $50-75.
